The event was opened by the State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign and European Affairs followed by the Director of the Department of Foreign Trade of SARIO. Both speakers talked about possibilities for Slovak companies in the region of Latin America.
After a short break the opening was followed by a Panel discussion, focused on various topics related to the possibilities of cooperation and mutual trade, for example, how the cultural differences of countries affect business, what are the currently developing sectors of the given countries, opportunities for foreign entrepreneurs, etc.
The honoured guests of the event were representatives of Brazil, Argentina, Chile, the Republic of Cuba, Mexico and Colombia.
The important part of the business forum was the negotiations between Slovak companies and foreign representatives of the above-mentioned countries. The business forum was attended by 47 Slovak business entities, including Oxywise and representatives from the embassies of six Latin American countries.
Oxywise was glad to present our company and position in the gas production industry; Our colleague explained in detail how we have previously solved gas production problems for countries in the region, which was met with great interest by all in attendance.
