A manufacturer of mini breweries which offers a complete brewery technology has commissioned Oxywise to build and install a nitrogen generator plant.
The brewery uses nitrogen to preserve both raw materials and the final product as well as enhance the quality and taste.
During the process nitrogen is used to eliminate oxygen, thereby minimising flavour changing effects and waste that oxidation has on both raw materials and finished product.
